Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Order Processing Time

All orders placed will be dispatched in 1-3 business days. (not including holidays or weekends).

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. We will notify you via email if we cannot ship to your location at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • your item must be in the original packaging

  • your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • you must fill out the Contact Form on our “Contact Us” page to request your refund and your refund request needs to be approved

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
